Printline A/S Purchase Spiron AOI system from Orbotech |

Printline A/S, have purchased a new Spiron-8800 AVIP Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) system from Orbotech for their PCB manufacturing facility in Odense, Denmark. Printline A/S are using the Spiron, with it’s unique Automatic Verification in Parallel capability to meet the increasing demand for complex multi-layer PCBs in very short delivery times. |

Orbotech Ltd have introduced a new model in their Paragon series of Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) systems for PCB production. Paragon 6000 uses the same Large Scan Optics (LSO) technology and on-the-fly CCD-based dynamic registration as the Paragon 8000 to provide throughput up to 130 prints per hour with fine features down to 50 micron. |
